The refrigeration efficiency of the refrigeration board is high. Two refrigeration boards are controlled by two sets of refrigeration compressor units, which can work separately or simultaneously to ensure fast and uniform cooling of milk without freezing. As the insulation layer is filled with hard foam material with low thermal conductivity, it is light in weight and has excellent thermal insulation performance.

Controllable and Storage:
The device adopts fully automatic control, and the electric control box can be installed on the side or near the milk tank for easy automatic control. The combination of milk tank equipment and electrical control box can automatically control the temperature of the refrigeration system. The compressor has high pressure fault protection and motor overload protection (high pressure protection value is 2.0MPa, low pressure shutdown value is 0.2MPa). In case of the above faults, the circuit will automatically disconnect, alarm, and the compressor will stop working. At this time, the fault must be checked and eliminated before pressing the reset button to continue working. When the milk can needs to be pre cooled, it can be manually turned on. The mixing motor works synchronously with the compressor. When the compressor stops working, if necessary, the mixing switch can be set to automatic mode. At this time, the mixer will enter adjustable intermittent rotation.
When milk is stored for a long time, such as when the temperature of the milk in the tank is higher than 6 ℃ (adjustable), the compressor will start automatically to cool until the temperature of the milk in the tank drops below 4 ℃ (adjustable), and then automatically stops, thus achieving the purpose of cold preservation.
